What is Invention Pitch

Invention Pitch is all about sparking creativity: players get to unleash their creativity by conceptualizing unique inventions(it's up to you to decide whether the inventions can only be realistic or fanciful).. Participants are also encouraged to craft pitches that will captivate the judges during their presentation.

Invention Pitch Rules

• Group players into teams of 3 or 5 people.
• Each team will have 10/15 minutes to come up with an invention.
• Once the time is up, each team will present their invention to a panel of judges (could be the event hosts or moderators).
• The judges will score each invention based on creativity, feasibility, and presentation skills (the level of fantasy can also be part of the score).
• The group with the highest score wins the game (don’t forget the prize!).

Invention Pitch Examples

Invention ideas:

• A self-cleaning water bottle that also filters out harmful chemicals.
• A smart mirror that gives personalized skincare recommendations based on skin type and condition.
• A device that translates your pet's barks into words so you can understand what they're trying to tell you.
• An app that helps you find the perfect outfit by scanning your body measurements and suggesting clothing options from various brands.
• A solar-powered phone charger that also has a built-in flashlight for emergencies.

How to Play Invention Pitch on Livestorm

1. Set up a Livestorm event and choose a date.

2. Create breakout rooms based on group numbers.

3. Assign players to rooms.

4. Explain game rules.

5. Start the timer for each round.

6. Monitor progress on the moderator dashboard.

7. Bring groups back together to the main event.

8. Announce winners and give feedback.

9. Save the recording for future reference. Enjoy the game!
