What is Interview the Interviewer

The aim of this game is to get to know your coworkers better by asking them interesting and thought-provoking questions.

Interview the Interviewer Rules

1. One team member starts as the interviewer and chooses another player to interview.

2. The interviewer has 5 minutes to ask their chosen player a series of questions, trying to learn as much about them as possible.

3. The interviewed player must answer honestly and can pass on any question they do not want to answer.

4. After 5 minutes, the roles switch and the previously interviewed player becomes the new interviewer.

5. Repeat until all players have had a chance to be both an interviewer and an interviewee.

Examples of questions:

If you could have dinner with any historical figure, who would it be? why?

What's one thing most people don't know about you?

If you could only listen to one song for the rest of your life, what would it be?

What's your biggest fear?

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you choose?

How to Play Interview the Interviewer on Livestorm

1. Set up a Livestorm event with your coworkers.

2. Share the game rules and objectives with all participants before starting.

3. Depending on your team size, use breakout rooms to allow for smaller group discussions if needed.

4. Use the “raise your hand” feature to allow players to answer the questions during their turn being interviewed.
